Meet Mary Beth Luedtke
You keep showing up—for your partner, your kids, your job. But somewhere along the way, you’ve lost the sense of you.
Maybe your relationship is tense or disconnected. Maybe you’re resistant to or concerned by your children’s emotions, or your own. Maybe you’re stuck in reactive patterns that leave you exhausted, resentful, or shut down. And underneath it all, you’re wondering, “Is this really how it has to be?”

Working with Mary Beth means learning how to:
This work helps you make meaningful change in how you relate to yourself and others.
Mary Beth Luedtke brings a depth of experience that includes both professional training and personal transformation.
She knows what it feels like to want out of your own life—not because you don’t care, but because the disconnection and overwhelm feel too heavy to carry.
She has used these emotional skills in her own relationships, her own parenting, and her own growth process. That lived experience is part of what makes her work so effective.
Clients describe her as steady and clarifying—a presence that makes it easier to slow down, be honest, and engage in the work of growth. Her approach blends personal understanding with clear, structured guidance.
With Mary Beth, you’ll learn tools you can use every day to engage differently—to yourself, your partner, and your life.
